Does this swimsuit have shorts/full swimsuit or is it just a swim dress?

It's a one piece underneath (the bottoms look like boy shorts) with attached dress.

I am 359 a 22/24 top and bottom and I wear a 46DDD I normally wear a 3x would a 5x be better for my breast?

Hi! I bought the very biggest they had, and I'm a 48DDD. The cups in the front kind of make my boobs looks strange if I dont keep them adjusted, but I think for you the 5x would be perfect in the breast area.

Has anyone tried as maternity? Some skirt swimsuit have worked before, normally a 6/8, getting a 12 , 3rd trimester. Mid section flexible?

Poorly made. Boob pads too small and isn't easy to access to adjust. Mid section seemed okay, but again I only tried it on and wasn't happy so I returned it. I don't recommend.
