Solid, well made, and works exactly as hoped. I love it
I LOVE THIS LOCK. Iโve had 4 keyless door locks on my camper and this is by far my favorite. This keyless entry door lock is a great upgrade for my RV. The all-metal construction feels solid and durable, not cheap like some of the plastic ones. Installation was straightforward and it fit perfectly in place of the original lock. The keypad is responsive and easy to use, and it locks and unlocks smoothly every time. It adds a lot of convenience not having to carry a key around, especially when going in and out frequently. Overall, it feels secure, well built, and works exactly as expected.

Great lock and excellent customer service.
Lock is sturdy and easy to install. After a year and a half of use had a problem with the key Pad. I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue almost immediately. Great company to deal with. I will be recommending this lock company to all my friends and family members in the RV community.

Proof is in the pudding!
I installed this lock as an upgrade from my standard issue generic lock that i bet at least one person reading this has the exact key to. The solid metal build was the first thing to stand out as it felt sturdy and much more significant than the little girls diary lock that was pretending to lock the door before. Installation was a breeze, took less than 15 minutes from opening the box to turning the new lock as I closed the door. The programming process was clear and uncomplicated thanks to the easy to follow directions. Programing my pin and connecting the key fobs was explained perfectly and uneventful. I love the security I feel using this lock and hearing the beeps to verify the door is locked before climbing into my truck to head to work. Just a few days ago my camper/home was the target of an attempted forced entry. My door was left with cracks from every point a screw or bolt passed through it stretching across the inner surface. The lock bolt was jammed into the strick plate and door jam and it took using the physical key to retract it despite the locks efforts. The keypad still worked the key fobs also however the motor that threw the bolt and retracted it had been broken away from the bolt itself. Still I could use the physical key to lock up until I could figure out what next and still have complete faith that my place would still be secure. This lock did what I know no standard camper/rv door lock could have. It kept my home safe and secure when I needed it the most. I w I understand recommend this lock to every camper/rv owner without a doubt. I am so thankful that I made this purchase and would and will again.

Great replacement for Original RV lock.
Looks nice, very easy to install- programming the passcode was a breeze. But key fob opening function is a hit and a miss. Some times one click can open the latch, some times it is four, some times it is a hold for 10-30sec. However, the key manual key works and using the combination also mostly works. Overall though, great locking system, better than the one that comes with the RV. Feels stronger. Easier to lock and open. The fob distance to lock and unlock is also great, maybe 30-40feet. four stars because of the inconsistent unlocking using the fob.

Good product and awesome Customer Service
This product works well. Easy to install and easy to use. I had it for almost a year and noticed it was having issues with batteries dying quickly. I contact there support team and they replaced the lock very quickly. Rachel followed up with me after I recieved the replacement and made sure I did not have any further issues. Thanks to Rachel with Onnais Customer Service.

Top Quality Keyless RV Door Lock/Latch - You Won't Regret Buying
Very nice construction. Easy to install. Way more secure than the standard RV lock. All metal construction and solid actuators and latches. Only oddity is the 8 digit keypad, no zero or nine can be part of your code. Not a crisis, just makes selecting your code a bit of a change if you like to use 9 or 0 as part of the code. Other than that, you'll love the unit.

Best Value for your RV
I found this lock easy to install and program. Just note, the keypad on this model does not have all of the numbers (no 9 or 0) so if you have one of those numbers in your mind for a password, you should consider the other Onnais model. Also, make sure you get 4 AA batteries, they are not included. The lock works well and it is very robust. The physical installation was easy. My trailer door was made by Lippert and looks to be pretty much the same as every other travel trailer door made for probably the last 10+ years. Before programing the keypad and fobs, I recomend watching the official "Onnais RV Door lock setup video" on YouTube. FYI: the lights behind the keypad buttons are difficult to see in direct sunlight. Programming will be more difficult on a sunny afternoon. I'm happy with the purchase both in terms of cost and performance, I would recommend to anyone especially if you are a long-term camper. UPDATE: I had a key fob stop working after several months. I am happy to report the Onnais customer service is EXCELLENT! Buy with confidence. They stand behind their product.

Great quality - had minor issues
UPDATE: I added a previous update where I had lowered my rating of this product because I thought it had gone through a whole set of batteries after just a month. I thought it was beeping to let me know it was low on battery (like a smoke detector). Turns out, the beep was coming from my electrical panel next to the door. SO, MY SINCERE APOLOGIES, my main complaint was not valid. Other than the minor "state management" issue mentioned below, which you can train yourself to avoid, it is a very good product. <DELETED> It also seems to have a software glitch, whether intentional or unintentional. My old one would let me lock the door by simply pressing the lock button OR by reentering the code. It's been a hard habit to break, but if you start entering the code to lock it, it thinks you're in "unlock" mode and it won't open the door. It gets terribly confused as to what state it's in. I think that now that I know what it's doing, I can avoid it, but it took a while to figure out why it was ignoring me and getting confused. In hindsight, this may be how I locked myself out during the install process. ORIGINAL An excellent, solid product. These locks are wonderful - I put one on my last trailer not realizing I would like having it so much, so when I traded up my trailer, I got this one to do it again. I think I'm going to really like it, but I won't commit to a 5-star review just yet. It took me longer to install than I thought. I don't know if it's the product that's a little out-of-standard or my trailer, but when I went to angle it into the opening, the lock was a millimeter or two too big to go in at the necessary angle. I thought I was going to have to file/dremel off part of the hole to make it fit (which was annoying since I did the install while camping and didn't have those tools with me.) Finally, I just pushed it in as far as I could and gave it a whack with the palm of my hand and it snapped into place with cracking the door panel. The instructions were not clear on where the gasket went, and I put it in the wrong place and then had to remove everything again. Getting the cable through the door is a no-brainer, but it's kind of a pain to make sure it stays out of the way when you go to close the two halves together. I then did the worst thing imaginable... after setting and resetting the code several times (either due to failing the process or changing my mind) I went to test the final change AFTER I CLOSED THE DOOR and accidentally LOCKED it instead of UNLOCKING it! NONE of the codes (or the default code) worked! Ack! All the tools and keys were inside! What a moron! Fortunately, after having a mild heart attack, I remembered that I had casually tossed a spare key to the OTHER trailer door into the truck before we left... and Saints be praised... I hadn't locked the truck like I normally do. Major crisis averted. Point of story: MAKE SURE you test your code before closing the door! None of this, of course, is the lock's fault. One thing I need to keep a watch on: for some reason, the alignment is not as precise as it was on the original lock and unless I push on the door really hard, the bolt doesn't engage (and therefore does not lock). The second day, it seemed I only needed to press lightly for it to engage... so maybe I'll get it dialed in and not have to worry about that anymore. (UPDATE: not sure why, but it quickly settled in and now needs no application of pressure to close)
