Really impressed with this potato starch. The texture is fine and smooth, and it works brilliantly both in baking and as a thickener for sauces and gravies. I’ve used it in muffins and homemade bread to improve texture, and it gives a lovely light, soft result. It also thickens sauces quickly without clumping, creating a glossy, smooth finish every time. It’s great to have a gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan-friendly option in the cupboard that’s so versatile. Excellent quality for the price – will definitely be buying again.

Love it!! So much better than corn starch. I use this in place of corn starch in most recipes. Made trick is it do a 1 to 1 ratio of starch to water mix will then add it in, this stops clumbs forming when adding the powder. Benefit of potato starch is it blends in better with savoury dishes and works quicker.
