Great Beater!
If you need a vacuum for carpets this little monster is for you! This thing literally brought my carpets back to life, and one is a giant shag carpet. This has to be one of the best vacuums I have ever used. I ordered extra filters as I know from my previous stick vacuum how much the filter affected performance. I prefer this corded one as I was tired of charging batteries. If this little shark last over two years it will be well worth the money. I have ordered a separate brush for hard floors because the beater is best for the carpets and doesn’t fit under my furniture. I am very impressed, I will note as someone else commented on weight… the cord is has heavy as the vacuum. So if you’re looking for a lighter vacuum I would go cordless. However as I am noticing, corded stick works better than cordless.

¡Excelente!

Simple, Easy to Use, Good for the price...
Very pleased for what it is. Had one for several years, bought another for a relative because its pretty sturdy, lightweight, easy to move around. We use it on bare floors and some area rugs, and 1 or 2 carpeted rooms. Handles that well. I am not sure it's got enough power/agitation for dog hair stuck in a thick pile carpet , but other than that it works fine for us. Light at base is good, easy to pop the head off when vacuuming to use just the stick portion to get into corners under cabinets. Really no complaints for the price.

Good for flat carpet and floor
So far so good. Does not work on shaggy carpets or thick carpet. The rolling is nice on it and the turning is excellent.
