I did not know what to expect, reading reviews thought I had to feel something, but after using it on my bed and in my kitchen while doing the dishes and cooking for a few weeks and reading about grounding I’ve learned you don’t have to feel anything while using (tingling) I’ve noticed less pain on my joints, sleeping longer, i even hit the sheets now. I know the mat didn’t come with a tester but the sheets did and both items work.

Love this grounding mat. Great value, size, and pattern. I loved it so much I purchased two. One for my cat because she loves it too

This mat is okay the problem is with the grounding cord. This one from the description had a sturdier cord than most grounding mats but unfortunately it’s just as flimsy as cheaper mats will not be purchasing this again

This mat is absolutely beautiful. And it works like a dream I typically suffer from insomnia but since using this mat I sleep like a baby

When plugged in/"grounded", how do you know it's "On", as there's no light/power indicator?

Having ordered this sleep mat to "reduce my muscle pain, stress, and anxiety, and to sleep better" as the ad promised, I was very disappointed to find that it did not work at all! In fact, my pain increased the first two nights I used it. I thought it might contain some toxic chemical(s), but could not smell any volatile organic chemicals emanating from it. One reason I chose this brand is that the photo in their ad made the mat appear to have some padding to it, so one could use it on the floor comfortably. Instead, I suspect its thickness could be measured in microns!

Made my feet tingle the first time I used it! Now it relaxes me …

Didn’t work for me and was a pain to lay on. Moved all over.
