Excellent product and value price. Easy to use and saves us valuable time. Was easy to put together and heats up in seconds.

Would not recommend.
I'm surprised by the positive reviews. This item arrived with scratches to the base and no assembly instructions. Further, even at the low setting, the sealing element overheated (sparked) and burned out after sealing a small number of bags. Would not recommend.

This is a good machine except the heating element is larger than 12 ...
This is a good machine except the heating element is larger than 12 inches and shorter than 16 inches and I haven't been able to find the right elements to replace them. If it wasn't for this I would have given a 5 star rating.

Not as expected...
Pretty junky. Have replaced the element several times and would say we get about six seals per element. Not good for something that is supposed to be a production sealer.
