The exquisite tea bowl features thin turquoise blue glazing. Its bottom is embellished with a fine hand-made picture of blossoming flower. The vessel is covered with an extra layer of transparent glaze to protect the picture. A slightly thickened rim allows you to drink your tea without scalding your lips and fingers. The bowl has a smooth, pleasant to touch surface and fits comfortably in the hand. The tea bowl is manufactured in Longquan province, one of the largest ceramic producing regions in China which is especially well-known for its green-glazed or celadon ceramics..
