Work well not fallen to sleep that easily In a long time

Works well. I take one every time I know I’m going to need help falling asleep.

I actually think these help. They don't make me sleep any faster but the quality of sleep has improved and I don't wake up as much. They've also helped with my anxiety which is nice.They taste really nice and are easy to take. I'd say they are good value for money and are nice quality gummies.

Baby these gummies will have you out like a liiiiiiiight! I struggle with falling asleep sometimes but as soon as I take one, I'm asleep within 20 minutes.I had a sleepover with my sister and even she said that she was surprised with how quickly I fell asleep after taking it. The flavour is quite nice and the texture's soft too. I find it more effective to take them when you're around reduced screen light.All in all I'd highly recommend these gummies. I'm even fighting to not fall asleep while writing this as I've just taken one. Off to bed I pop!
