Amazing kit

Great item and has been working faultlessly for over a year, I did have an issue recently but the seller quickly resolved. Very easy to install and lots of options similar to premium seats in Japan.

Works great so long as you have a power supply in your bathroom
Ok first and foremost this item will be useless if you have no power supply in your bathroom, but if you do then youโre in for a treat! Nightlight, heated seat, variable temperature backside wash and front for the ladies along with a dryer which can get a bit too toasty so be careful. I bought one of these after having an operation which left me with an open wound that would need showering or bathing after a motion and Iโm happy that I did. Itโs a pretty much perfect bidet once the connection adjustment is correct, I found that part a little bit fiddly until it suddenly just all clicked into place so that may well have been a problem on my part. The actual parts and fixtures seem well built and look like they will last, only time will tell but I shall update accordingly if it breaks. All in all a great buy and I wish I had bought one much sooner.

good value and outstanding customer service
This is the third bidet I have bought and value for money this is the best (oval) this time around easy to install if you have a power supply fitted in your bathroom expect to pay around ยฃ150 or do what I did drill a hole in the wall fit a plug and use an RCD . It is large so check the measurements of the seat mine only just fits . Customer service is outstanding, try contacting them first before giving a 1 star rating .

What out when you use the bidet
The bidet works OK, but bits fell off. The flap that protects the water jets fell off. It doesn't stop it from working, but I expected the bidet to remain intact. Also, the soft closing lid was too fragile to soft close, and now I have to watch out in case it shuts suddenly (use your imagination). I would not buy this model of bidet again, but I would buy a better quality product.

Good bit of kit
Works well , heats seat and water quickly . Big improvement on a standard toilet seat .
