Love it! Works great. Very easy to install. It makes you spend a little bit more time in a bathroom, but you feel very fresh.Definitely worth it.

Pretty good item. The only thing is the blue light on the outside dial is permanently on is very bright. Be nice if you could turn it off and the other thing is the remote control does not have a light so not very useful in the middle of the night. But the seat and features are great.

Fabulous, you need a socket installed near to the toilet seat, but of you get that done this really worth it.

This is the third bidet I have bought and value for money this is the best (oval) this time around easy to install if you have a power supply fitted in your bathroom expect to pay around £150 or do what I did drill a hole in the wall fit a plug and use an RCD . It is large so check the measurements of the seat mine only just fits . Customer service is outstanding, try contacting them first before giving a 1 star rating .

The warm air vent stopped working within a week of using the toilet seat. It has been a nightmare trying to get in touch with the seller to get a replacement toilet seat I am still trying to get a response from them. The other parts of the toilet seat are working fine it's such a shame that contacting the seller has been a very frustrating experience.

Ok first and foremost this item will be useless if you have no power supply in your bathroom, but if you do then you’re in for a treat! Nightlight, heated seat, variable temperature backside wash and front for the ladies along with a dryer which can get a bit too toasty so be careful. I bought one of these after having an operation which left me with an open wound that would need showering or bathing after a motion and I’m happy that I did. It’s a pretty much perfect bidet once the connection adjustment is correct, I found that part a little bit fiddly until it suddenly just all clicked into place so that may well have been a problem on my part. The actual parts and fixtures seem well built and look like they will last, only time will tell but I shall update accordingly if it breaks. All in all a great buy and I wish I had bought one much sooner.
