I used one tablet in approximately 12 oz of structured water which yielded 1200 parts per billion, using an accurate hydrogen measuring device. I bought a much cheaper tablet to see if I could save money, but that was definitely a waste of money, because one tablet yielded zero parts per billion. adding a second tablet still yielded zero parts per billion. Buy the stuff that works! I learned my lesson!

An excellent product

As a slightly less-costly alternative to "Microhydrin", I can say I did notice a bit more 'zip', energy-wise. It's not noticeable as far as FEELING it, but at the end of the day you realize you accomplished more than usual. I know how these work, but won't bore you with the research, but basically it helps the body's fluids run more efficiently and saves the body some energy -- which is then transferred to YOU, to do with what you want. And I only took ONE a day, to try it out. I'm buying a 2nd bottle and taking two-per-day next time (in divided doses) and look forward to getting A LOT MORE done, LOL! It's still a bit over-priced, but if you can afford it, give it a try at one, then 2 daily.

These are a game changer for me. After working in the yard all day I can take one of these sleep well and wake up feeling good

I would recommend this product to anyone with pain due to inflammation. I have an arthritic knee that is just gosh darn painful at times and using this product I am almost pain free most of the time. It's a miracle! Will always have this in my house. And from what I understand about molecular hydrogen, this one is easy to use because it can be dissolved in an open container. Not much of a taste so that's a plus; in other words, it's not unpleasant. Expensive, but I don't have to use it everyday; I've gone weeks without having to "dose" so in the long run it's cost effective.

I heard about this product on a Ben Greenfield podcasts I thought I'd give it a try. This was a huge mistake for me. I dissolved the tablet in water and drank, it seemed to leach the metals from my filings and crowns, resulting in an intense metallic taste, like chewing aluminum foil. About an hour after I took it I got a canker sore and within three hours I was developing a sore throat and feeling ill. I haven't had a cold for many years, but since then I've been suffering from a really bad one. For full transparency and disclosure I admit that I sometimes have reactions to supplements that are unusual and if i had had any sense I would have cut the tablet up into small pieces and tried a small amount first.

I used this for 2 weeks and had no results. The taste when mixed in water smells bad, like moldy wet socks or worse. It is drinkable but may make you gag as it did me. I couldn’t handle the smell and taste plus the gagging, so I quit using it.

This product work amazingly. Have had other hydrogen products. This one offers the most hydrogen. From a ( tablet ) that I have ever seen ... Out of pouches or machines.. truly amazing product everyone should be taking this.. Also ( Open Glass ) leaves a little bit of metallic looking subsidence. which I think is the Magnesium at the bottom of the glass other than that. Love this product .. will continue to order it for the whole family.. Especially the older family members help with metabolism and fights free radicals in aging simple to use so I won't have to reintroduced into some new idea also easy to travel with I just recommend only using distilled water with it this was long but informative hopefully

i ordered for 60 tablet but i was sent with the 30 t. the item was also melted when i opened it. i have ordered thsi item for many times and it's always good and fresh. not sure why this batch is different
