User friendly froth.
Works well, makes both hot and cold Milk froth, there are 4 different settings and two attachments. Any residue inside the pot can be quite easily wiped and rinsed off, just need to be careful not to get the outside of the pot wet.

Already broken
I have only had this for a couple of months and now it makes a grinding noise when in use, and the stirrer stops spinning. Feels high quality but considering it broke... I wouldn't recommend this unless you are wanting something SERIOUSLY short term.

Hot milk not just warm
Produces hot milk in several thicknesses which is perfect. The worry of getting the electric point wet although the area which holds the milk is easy to clean.

The cleaning of this machine.
I am not happy with this machine as ,I do rinse it out after every use but there's what looks like burnt milk stuck to it .

Not good!!
Worked to begin with, but over froths the milk so it spurts out of the top and stopped working after 3 days. Full refund given.

Failed within four months
Very quickly discoloured base with milk fouling. And then after 4 months the motor seized up completely. Would NEVER buy again.
