You definitely notice a difference when taking these! They gave me so much energy and just made me feel good. Not that easy to swallow but they are worth it. Great value for money

Low dose. It’s advertised as 500mg, but this total magnesium. Elemental magnesium is only 70mg per capsule. You will need at least 4 capsules per day to get approx. 74% of RDA. The recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules, way too low for me. I only bought this as my usual brand was out of stock, won’t buy it again. Seems good quality but not very economical.

I used to have problems sleeping, since taking these I have slept all the way through with no issues. Found it is best to take them a few hours before bed - but they also do the trick if taking just before sleeping.
