Good product, excellent value. Worth buying.

Arrived well packaged, no cracks or chips. Beautiful colour and I really like that every piece is ever so slightly different. I've read previous negative reviews regarding quality and I have to say- I'm not entirely sure why anyone would consider this plate set sub standard. I used it in a microwave- no issue. Can't say anything about dishwasher use as I don't have one. It's the second dinner set I've spent more money on (after Portmeirion),I used to get cheap stuff from a supermarket but if you appreciate a beautiful and cool dinner table,I'd definitely recommend this set.The only slight hiccup is that the dinner plate is massive and does not fit in my cupboard so had to store those in a different cabinet.

I bought this set back in June. I really liked the colour as some of my home decor matched it greatly. The quality of the plates in terms of sturdiness, thickness, colour, and design is really nice.The problem with this particular set (from the Vancasso brand) seems to have a major design flaw. All plates etc. need to be glazed to protect the material, design and the consumer from having the plates spread toxin, germs etc. Unfortunately this plate set does not have the underside/circular ridge that sits on hard surfaces glazed. I have seen other reviews with the same issue for this stoneware collection and the problem is is that unless you completely dry immediately after washing, water seeps in and mould starts to develop.I contacted the seller/co and at first they were reluctant to do anything, but they then gave me options to replace and I have now gone with Dark Green Starry Line (seen in picture). This is actually the set I had wanted originally and I can safely say that this set does have the bottom glazed. Beautiful set and am thankful my old set was replaced. Customer service was nice and would recommend in general. Their cookware really looks asthetically nice (if not for the design flaw of old set that I did purchase, it would easily be a 5 star review).

Bought this for a gift. Lovely set and genuine offer as price went back up after. Customer service was great. One of the side plates had broken in transit. Contacted seller, who sent a replacement straight away.

I love them and got so many comments about this set. I wish there were more pieces to complete the look. I would buy them straightaway!

I had the good sense to unpack this at the front door thankfully, loads of white powder and wet outer boxing which smelled disgusting too, this was UNDER the black shrink wrap so this was 100% seen by the seller!The plates inside were thankfully ok, but I unpacked them and put them all on the hottest cycle in the dishwasher.Really appalled at how they were sent out to me, obviously no quality control.I’ve ordered another set today as 4 settings aren’t really enough and I would like to avoid using my dishwasher 3/4 times a day like I did yesterday!I really hope the next set don’t turn up in this disgusting state like this came.

At first I was nervous about buying stoneware or any type of dish collection from Amazon. I had this idea that stoneware would be very heavy and very porous in texture. These dishes are a game changer. They are so lighweight and beautifully made. Like I said, I thought they would be heavy but they are super light and easy to handle. The color is so vibrant and unique to each plate/bowl/cup and the glaze finish is very smooth, yet you can still keep a good grip on them and won't slip out of your hands when washing or handling.

My wife and I have been looking for plates we both like for about ten years. We both really liked the look of these plates, and we were impressed with the quality. They are quite heavy and feel very solid. They also look really beautiful in person.One downside is that they are somewhat larger than the plates they replaced, so they take up more cabinet space and we need to set the top rack of our dishwasher a bit higher to allow the plates to fit on the lower level.Still, they are great looking plates, and I thought the price was very fair.

They came in without a scratch or chip. They are a nice pattern and are dishwasher and microwave safe. Would recommend

I love these dishes; however there was an issue with one plate. The seller was most anxious to make it right and offered 3 options. They were quick to respond, and I’m beyond happy with the results. Highly recommend!
