Not the fastest maker, but you get solid cubes. Perfect for keeping your drink cold and not water them down like the hollow cone shaped cubes. I can't say how long the unit will last, but we will see. It is also on the louder side of ice makers. But if you have a gathering and want to keep ice flowing, you won't notice it anyway.

This has worked perfectly!! Ice is clear and I found I like the largest size (5) the best and doesn’t thaw as fast as smallest size. Much better than nuggets. The display seems to read a little different than manual shows.

Works well so far but gets extremely loud after about a month of usage

We use this everyday! It's a great ice maker. Easy to clean and makes quick cubes. If you use filtered water, the ice comes out nice and clear like Starbucks.

It makes nice big square ice, but you can't leave them in the machine because they start to melt. I remove them after they have fallen and place them in a zip lock bag, but they they stick to each other..... It does make the ice at decent speed, and is quiet while making the ice.

We love this ice maker. It's fast, and the ice is so clear and tastes so good. I highly recommend.

I loved the icemaker when I first got it. Then, the water reservoir plug broke within 20 days. I called and left a message with their customer service. No returned phone call, so I sent the machine back to exchange for one that works. The second one worked for about 35 days, then died, and is no longer eligible for return. This time, it was the power assembly. The unit "On" light doesn't go on, nor can I turn it on to make ice or clean - and I tried different outlets in my home. Based on my experience, you may want to purchase from another manufacturer. I'm glad for others who have had a good experience - I wish I was one of them. The price was reasonable, but not if it is poorly made. That has been my experience.
