True to size, comfortable, and absorbent. My preteen has had no leaks. I'm menopausal and wish they had these when I started having menstrual cycles. My kid is quite active (running, soccer goalie, orchestra, school play, tae kwon Do,....) and these don't bunch. They stay in place and my kid has no worries about accidents. If you're thinking about trying these, get them. My kid also has the bikini ones of the same brand. They are comfortable enough that my kid wants the regular non period ones from this brand.

These are very thick and a teen child did not like the fit or feel of these im sure they serve the purpose but thats one of the tricky parts ofPeriod underwear feeling like you are wearing a full diaper or just underwear with extra protection
