I am amongst the first few people who ordered it as soon as it launched. It was delivered to my city the very next day. It is a very good piece of wireless earphone in itself and for the price of Rupees 600 a great value for money. I am also using pTron Powerbank (20000 mAh) which which I bought for 1,000 rupees and is very good too. The wireless headset has very good call quality, great battery life, tactical buttons and looks good. I am not very sure about the built quality, it seems alright but I would avoid rough usage with this one. Here is an interesting thing to note, I also own Sony XM4 and Oppo Enco X. Sony ones are about fifty times more costly than these. And oppo one's fifteen times. At the end of the day it does not matter much. These things are not very important. These things are not the vitality. Personally I use gadgets and technology in a limited fashion where it is really useful and don't spent too money or time on it. Life is very precious and I will live it with true health and happiness, knowledge and deep understanding. Not in materialism and greed. But virtue and goodness. So overall it is a good buy based on my usage. Warranty needs to be registered. pTron Service centre are there in good numbers in my state (Uttar Pradesh). All in all it is a great buy.

I recently purchased a product from this seller, and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare from the start. I bought a pair of earphones, and upon receiving them, I immediately noticed that the left earphone was not functioning. Not only that, but the product also appeared to be refurbished rather than brand new, despite being advertised as such. Hoping it was just a one-time mistake, I went through the hassle of requesting a replacement. However, to my dismay, the replacement I received was in the exact same condition - defective and clearly refurbished. It's evident that this seller either has a serious quality control issue or is knowingly selling subpar products. The lack of transparency regarding the condition of the items sold is highly disappointing. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for - new, fully functional products, not defective or refurbished items masquerading as new. Furthermore, the seller's customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive in resolving the issue. It's frustrating to deal with such poor service and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this seller to avoid the headache and disappointment of receiving defective or refurbished products. It's a shame that what could have been a simple transaction turned into a regrettable experience.

I have used several headphones, earphones, ear buds and neck bands in last many years. So far, I found the sound quality of this product very ordinary. This product can be good for phone call. But if you plan to use this product for music or watching movie then try other product. The battery life is very good. Looks are ordinary The buttons and led light is very small. You can't the light from 3 feet distance if you have kept the product for charging. All in all, good for long battery and phone conversation only.

I purchased it for gaming as mentioned that it has low latency of 40ms. But i am very disappointed with the neckband as i recieved two neckbands of the same but both of them has some issue or i can say that both are defective in different different manner as one has disconnection problem and another one has hissing sound problem. But bass and sound quality is excellent. It has excellent sound ( balanced bass and treble). It is expected from ptron to resolve this issue of disconnection and hissing sound quickly so that other users will not face this problem. Overall sound quality is excellent except the disconnection and hissing.

One side stooped working in a months time. I wonder what to do. The volume of the headphones were very low. I suggest do not buy. Also service center denied taking the items as they demanded outer box. For items with 1 year warranty it is difficult to store the outer box. I took the warranty card, invoice and the full set. But they are not taking. For warranty claim, the other method is to send the itemto their center in hyderabad. Pathetic! 5 April 2025 The things completely stopped working. No way to get this sorted. I did not keep the bulky outer cover and the service center is asking for the full package to return. They will not even repair.
