Our umbrella combines a normal reflecting umbrella in combination with a diffusor material, which softens the flashed light over the entire umbrella surface and then directs it to the photo model. The umbrella measures 63"/160cm and has a black opaque fabric on the outside, which does not let the flash light penetrate outside and reflects back into the umbrella. Inside, the shade is covered in white, which reduces stray light and ensures more targeted light guidance. A hole with a zipper in the diffuser cloth is used to flash into the umbrella. The removable diffuser (which is attached to the corners of the umbrella by small black rubber rings) then softens the flash light and ensures an even illumination of the photo model with soft shadows. The scaffolding is made of aluminium and the internal struts are coated white. A clip is attached to the handle, which makes it very easy to open and close the umbrella like an umbrella.
