The seller provided full support of sending me a new customized swing for no extra cost and picked up the existing swing from my home as well. The delivery was a little delayed, and when it arrived, a small part of the paint was chipped. However, when I requested a replacement, the seller promptly sent an employee who visited my home and fixed the paint perfectly. Now I’m satisfied with it. The swing is comfortable and sturdy, but it would be better if the seats came with covers, as I had to purchase them separately and they were difficult to find.
