This product is great, I wear it nearly everyday. When I go shopping, gardening, walking , given doing my housework. Also doing my exercises. I sweat really a lot. And I have found a lot different in my weight and having more energy etc. y try his is really good for money.

It fits perfectly (I followed their size chart). It REALLY made me sweat but also increased my heart rate because I was so hot with it on. The only thing is that the zipper slides down really easy so I use a safety pin to keep the zipper up.

Ok, item but material is not strong. Not worth the price.

I bought 14/16 fits great and doesn’t move when exercising- just confused as it’s not a material to make you sweat? I gave it a go anyway and I wouldn’t say I sweat more than I normally would. I’ve used the ‘Sweet Sweat Belt’ before and had WAY better results than this but this is £10 and ‘sweet sweat belt’ comes in around £30 so.. you get what you pay for I guess. Sizing is great tho.

I bought this for the wife and she was over the moon with it, excellent quality and fit, it was exactly what she was looking for at the time.If required I would definitely buy these again.

The item arrived on time. My size is L but I ordered XL and the quality is great. It can be wearable two sided( one side is black and the other side is black, birch and orange), the zip is adjusted for that. And it works perfect, I bought the Trouser also.
