Excellent product
I love this product, it is very convenient to us and store, two of my kids ages 5 and 11 years started running on it immediately, it both fun and exercise for everyone in the house, including my wife who had been looking forward to having such in the house as she could not make time for gym.

Broke on arrival. Seller is weird
Item was broke in several places on arrival. Still in working order. Offered a partial refund instead of replacing the item. Seller then become aggressive demanding positive feedback and accusing me of writing someone else's review. Treadmill does the job for beginners but very cheaply made. You get what you pay for.

Needs a stronger magnet
I do like the treadmill - does exactly what I needed it for BUT - it wouldn't start??? Turns out the 'dead man's handle (magnet that attaches to the machine and thence, by a cord, to the person using the machine so that if pulled off, the treadmill stops) isn't a strong enough magnet to allow the machine to start 😠 Luckily I had a small replacement with better magnetism to attach to the cord!!It's also heavy and although foldable, takes a bit of muscle to manouver.

Basic machine but without enough spring in the step part. Heavy and clunky to work
It's ok as a basic machine for the price. Too much effort to send back and wish I had looked for a better one.Found it difficult to install as the holes do not match up well when screwing in the parts.Heaving and clunky moving system makes very hard work of basic functions. Disappointed.

Good product
Easy to use but programmed routine does not necessarily work as this machine does not auto incline facility , while purchasing the product I looked at photos and read description as well which does not call out lack of this feature . But disappointed with this feature. Lastly this machine is good for basic walking routine.
