Gentle, doesn’t have back flow. If u use it in the shower just remember it will b full force and it might cause a little discomfort. This definitely does the job and easy to clean. It does leak a little if u use the bulb and squeeze to hard but that’s really not a factor (for normal people.. jk) since you will be in the shower or Toilet.

I have to edit my review. Barely had this thing maybe over a month and when i was unscrewing it to fill with water the pieces all fell apart, like cracked broken. I tried to fix it but it is just a leaky frustrating mess now. It is way over designed and slapped together very poorly. I am so annoyed. Terrible product. Like how hard is it to make one of these simple and sturdy. Heres my original review-- It definitely works, and it is comfortable and the right sizd for me, but I have a couple issues with it. Firstly the outflow of water is so slow. It's good that it's not like power washer force, but it's too gentle for how u line my enema. Second is the hole at the tip you insert. It is just slightly concaved enough that it can get a little dirty and it doesn't rinse out easily. And the water flow coming out is not strong enough to "unclog" it. All in all though it works fine, doesn't leak and the backflow stopper works as intended. I feel like it was just a little "over designed"

Sure, it dribbles a little at the bulb and spout seam, but it's easy to use and clean, it's convenient for travel, and it's 100% effective.

I do like it that it has a filter, though I don’t know long the filter is good for. I also like that it doesn’t allow back flow. However, when squeezing the bulb water leaks out from the base of the nozzle where it screws on to the bulb, a problem with my previous one I was hoping to resolve. To reduce that, you have to squeeze more slowly. Going more slowly takes time and effort, considering that you are in an awkward position. Another thing, it’s difficult to get a full bulb of water in, so it’s half bulb by half bulb, requiring multiple uses during one session, which means you need lots of lube handy, water-based since silicone and oil based lubes are harmful to the silicone bulb. This may not be avoidable for this type of enema. Other than that, fine. Enjoy your trysts.

• It Preforms as intended by squeezing the bulb and water coming out the top, BUT water also will come out where you screw the tip and bulb together. I found just being in the tub was the most effective to dealing with that. • It’s not too large, so it’s very portable. • In general it is Easy to use, however, you do have to still reach around and squeeze this thing hard enough to push water out which can be challenging. • It appears like the pictures with a translucent black/grey bulb and black tip. • overall you get what you pay for, so it’s a decent value for money.

The size is perfect- not too big or small and easy to use. Cleaning was simple and feel very confident with the ease of it all. Very travel friendly-and quality of it is durable. Best value for my money. Love the features- with the filter already on/in It. And best part- is it is gentle to use -so performance is satisfying and done with confidence.

Okay, so I am going to make this quick. I ordered this looking for a more hygienic way to irrigate and I was pleasantly surprised. The bottle is created so that the suction comes from the bottom of the bottle so there is no accidental backwashing. I used the nozzle connected to the shower hose and was very shocked to find it super efficient in the overall cleaning process. The only downside is that in the process of using the bulb some of the water leaked out. I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I recommend this enema.
