Great phone for making calls and receiving calls
It's great I bought it for my mother the big buttons are easy to use and it's 4G O2 is switching of 3G and I needed to get a phone easy to use and functional and she is kept connected to the family with an easy to use phone to make calls and answer incoming call easily sound quality is great she hears the callers clearly, great value for money

Struggling to make the ring tone louder for my mum to hear.
Everything seems fine for my 99 year old mum to use, apart from 1 thing. We are struggling to make the ring tone loud enough for my mum to hear.

Easy to handle and strong.
I bought this phone for my brother, who is in a nursing home.He loves the strong, easy to use and see buttons...and the red flashing light.Good for older people as well as younger too.

Avoid! There is no support for this phone.
I bought this for an elderly neighbour. The phone cuts off regularly to the point of being unusable. I emailed Artphone support from their website - email was returned. So I looked up their support address and it was just some random house that was up for sale in Wakefield!Amazon were good enough to allow a late return for a refund.

Antiquated
It's okay for the money I suppose, time will tell. The most annoying thing is the every time you use the dialling pad a voice shouts the number you pressed back at you. Good for people with poor eyesight, but there doesn't seem to be a way of turning this function off on this model? It's very old fashioned and difficult to manually load details.

Very easy to use
Bought for my 81 year old husband who isn't good with technology.He very soon got to understand how simple it was for him to use.Liked the holder which charges the phone.A good buy.

Battery stopped charging
Great phone for my papa. He was able to use it well and managed to push the buttons easily. Not too tricky either. But after 1 month (8 days after refund window closed) the battery stopped charging. Trying to turn on the phone but only the welcome screen and then dead. I know its cheap but surely should last lo get than 1 month?
