it goes well with my vintage omega watch. it really is british brown.

I have purchases a half dozen bands from this brand and I can say with absolute certainty that there is no better value for a quality leather band out there. This one is a solid leather that will take some break in time on the wrist but looks incredible. Don't hesitate, don't overthink it, just buy the thing.

I really loved this band. It was simple and beautiful with. nice tight grain. Shame it only lasted 2 years, before the lining split where the buckle tends to sit. It was a great band while it lasted, after a brief search online, i was disappointed to find out that it is ballpark about how long leather straps might last. Photos from 2 years of fairly regular wear.

Funny story. My mom's been around and owned horses most of her life, so I've always liked bridle leather as it seems quality from what she's had lying around. I've had good experience with bridle leather in the past as well (e.g. Filson stuff). When I told my mom that I ordered a watch strap and that it should be quality because it was made of bridle leather, she instantly laughed and said there are many varieties of so-called bridle leather and some are not good.These straps are of the not-good variety.I purchased two of these watch straps for some vintage Hamilton watches I had lying around. After reading through the reviews, they seemed to be of reasonable quality. However, I don't think they are very good. Here are my issues.1. Leather is too thick. They fit fine between the lugs, but rub the actual watch case. They also stick up above the watch case when wearing, which looks pretty corny. See included picture as an example of what I'm referring to here.2. Leather seems of low quality. As you can see in one of the pictures, the band has a cheap sheen to it, which instantly rubbed off due to the issue noted in point one above.3. The band retainer(s) (for excess strap length when buckled) are very flimsy and feel like they will eventually fall off if worn too much.On the plus side, the do come with 2 buckles (brass and silver look) plus spring bars.If you're looking for a leather strap for a vintage watch, I'd look elsewhere.

This strap is good quality leather that is sewn well. Note that the strap is solid bridle leather and is flat as is described. Many leather watch straps are padded using thin leather and are contoured. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but this flat strap has a different look to it that took a little getting used to. That said, it's of higher quality than most straps I've seen and I do like it. The XL size is plenty big. Because the leather is so substantial, I had to take a screwdriver (using the rod part, not the tip) and press the portion of the band that holds the pins inward very slightly so the strap could move close enough to the watch case to be installed. This strap is made for the long haul and will last a long time.

Using this strap with my vintage Omega. It looks great and really dresses up the watch. It’s pretty stiff at first but does break in after a couple days of wear. Overall I love how this strap goes with the watch. It’s made of good materials and is US made. I’ll get another when this one wears out.

I purchased the band for an older Bulova watch that was cleaned up and the old Speidel Twist-o-flex band removed as it was worn and made the watch look even more dated than it is. The band fit perfectly and makes the old watch look a little classier. I would purchase this band again for an older watch anytime.

Not sure if the bang is long. Ordered 18mm LONG for Large Wrist, but the box came with two stickers.
