Great, easy to use. Makes hair shiny and works on thick hair. Def gets hot and needs heat spray protectant to keep the locks unburnt. Curler works well, hold is good for thinner strands or sections of hair. If you have thick hair just make sure you section small! My little queens hair is long and it takes her about 30 min to complete her whole head.

Great product, works good. I would say that this product gives me a bit of nostalgia from my childhood years. You have to wait about 3 minutes for it to reach the desired temperature. Usually the tools we have nowadays take a few seconds but I think it’s still worth the money since it’s an all in one. I would say that I wish it had the ability to see the temperature, even as it’s heating up. Mainly because it only has two heat settings. I tested the high setting on my human haired wig; with the crimper, the crimps stayed for weeks and never fell. Using the same wig, I tested the large barrel with hairspray and medium heat. the curls almost dropped completely after 30 minutes. I also did smaller sections but I guess I’ll stick with high heat and a lot of heat protectant when using it on my natural, coarse textured hair.

I like the crimped look. I tried it my friends and I loved it. My only think is that is a lot of heat on the hair so I only use once in awhile

Unfortunately this product did not work for me, it doesn’t curl at all. I gave it to my teenage mine e thinking I was doing something wrong….. turns out when I saw my niece again the following week, she confirmed this product is not the best at all. Too late for a return, so I guess is off to the trash!
