I used it to make my beans gain more flavor but the taste was average and not appealing to my taste buds.

Tender and delicious

I used this in my Paella. My family complained, they couldn’t taste the chorizo. It was authentic, dry cured, from Spain, but not enough seasoning, flavor. It’s that orangey red oil from the chorizo that colors and flavors the chicken and seafood. It saffron that flavors and colors the rice. It makes a difference.

These little dynamites are a must have for any charcuterie board! They pair well with the fruits, and cheeses so nicely and is such a big upgrade from the day to day standard board! Even better when you need a snack to go!Shipping was right on time! Will order these as a staple!

I like chorizo so I thought this would be a great thing to try. They give you some nicely cut semi-dried chorizo that resemble pepperoni slices, but they are so greasy that I would not put them in a charcuterie board. They might go well on a pizza but not as a snack. My 31 year old daughter thinks there is an off flavor in the background and she had allergies all day after eating a few. I got heartburn. I think they put too much oregano in them on top of too much grease. If you are hoping this dried chorizo will be like beef jerky but chorizo flavored, you'll be disappointed.
