Can i use 5w-40 on my 18 wrx?

IAG I believe recommends Motul X clean 5w30 for Wrx’s another good option is Puröl 5w30 or Castrol euro 5w30

You guys think it's better than castrol 0w40 or platinum euro 0w40?

I never tried the euro but I know it’s better than the Castrol
