Waited ages for the medium coat to arrive so was delighted when it finally did arrive this morning just as November approaches. Sadly it’s far too small from our Papillion X who really is only a very small dog. Very disappointed as we took care to follow the measurement guide given for the coats. Going to order the large because it does seem like good quality and value for money. Fingers ... and paws .... crossed that the large will fit.Update: I contacted the seller and the offered to send the larger size at no extra cost. They also stated that there was no need to return the medium coat. So, will pass it on to the owner of another smaller little doggie. Win, win!Update again: The large arrive in a few days and is perfect. Great little coat.Further update: Unfortunately the zip on the large coat broke after a it was worn a just a few times. The seller however issued a prompt refund once the coat was returned at their cost. Very conflicted here. Great little coat, once we got the right size, so very disappointed to be without again. Back to the drawing board!

I was given one of these, as too small for there dog, but, LOVED it so much, brought another, and my two rescue Parti - Poodles, look and feel fabulous, I get lots of comments from people on our walkies, saying, they love them too, cover their tummy's' keeping warm / dry...easy to wipe or wash the coats too.....plus, no need for harness's either, so, I HIGHLY recommend these coats in fact will order two more very soon....Thank you very much...... you must measure your dogs chest tho for correct size...

This is my favourite dog coat of all time. Keeps my chihuahua cross super warm, allows her to race around as desired and I love the fact it can double as a harness using the D rings to clip the lead on which not a lot have; I find that especially excellent as my dog can’t wear a collar so many coats are unsuitable. Will be ordering more. It washes well and dries quickly on the radiator. I tend not to zip it up all the way as it restricts her head a little but that’s not an issue as the zip remains in whatever position I put it. Brilliant!

This was a repeat order for a size bigger, as my 6month-old Cavapoo was growing out of the smaller size. I've found it so useful for the cold wet days. It is waterproof. (admittedly we haven't been caught in a 'cloudburst', just the drizzly kind of rain, but although, when we get back home, the outer part is drenched the inside is dry. ...and so is the pup.) It also dries very quickly after swabbing off any mud or popping it in the wash.PS: Although it's classed as 'LARGE", the 26cm is the length from bottom of the 'collar' section(ie base of neck to the end of the back piece). So it only reaches level with the back legs, not the tail.(fine for my pup, as her tail curls upward, but I doubt this 'large' size would fit a large dog!).

Thanks to other reviews bought XXL size, very snug fit for the larger terrier ( Bedlington cross so fluffy) very slightly loose on the Westie cross (both crossed with Jack Russell), they are good little jackets, the clips for the lead work well, they can be wiped down easily and look very smart.

The lady who used to make coats for my small Yorkshire Terrier went out of business, so I ended up on Amazon and to find someone else who offered an unusual range of sizes. I wasn't expecting much when I chose this coat as it was the only one I could find in my dog's size. She has been wearing it to go on walks in cold and often wet weather for several weeks now and I'm absolutely delighted with it. When I take the coat off in the coldest of weather my dog felt nice and warm to the touch and she was very happy to put it on after the first time of wearing it. When it rained the uncovered parts of her were soaked but when I took the coat off when we got home she was warm and dry over the area the coat had protected. It's excellent value for money and I would recommend this coat to anyone with a small dog, especially a long haired Yorkshire Terrier.

I would (strongly) suggest that you choose a different supplier! the zip broke on this item after approximately 12 uses - just letting the puppy out in the garden for a quick wee, so not even being used on a walk! Whilst the design is a really good one, without a working zip it is only fit for the bin :-(I got in touch with the supplier, well over a week ago now ... still no reply.

This lovely coat arrived early and well packaged. I tried it in my chihuahua for size it was perfect and he looked cute. But apart from looking cute in it it will give him good coverage and keep him dry. Would recommend and give this item and the quick service, good quality 5 stars,
