This was items I thought was to good to be true. This chair has all the features I was looking for, it was on sale for under $290.00. At first I thought I was in trouble when the box the chair came in was ripped on one side. As I unpacked it I saw all the parts were undamaged. So I decided to proceed and assemble the chair. The videos I saw showed the all the parts ready to slide together. To my surprised I had assemble the armrests frame and install the armrest cover. After that I installed the seat cushion and armrest padding. Putting the chair together after that was pretty easy. We hooked up the wiring then tested out my new recliner. Everything worked well and it's very very comfortable. The video I saw said it takes about 25 minutes out of the box. It took me about an hour considering I had to put together all the arm frames and cushions and covers. Still even though I had some concerns at first I would recommend this recliner, it's beautiful, comfortable, the price was great. The Boxer that comes in could be a little more sturdier.

Ok so let me start off by saying this chair is comfortable for the most part. Its nice to sit in. And its easy to assemble. And the heat function is good. And the reclining is amazing. But thats about the extent of the good. The bad is heat is on 30 min timer so you ha e to tunr it on repeatedly. Massage function is outright garbage and makes sitting at points uncomfortableas the balls press into you at weird angles. It will only recline via remote control so if you lose power you are stuck as there is no override to lower the chair. Its slow to recline and raise so if you have to poop while sitting good luck. If you have wide hips choose a different chair.

Don’t buy their recliners they are not good quality! This is my second review. The first one did not get posted. I hope it does get posted because I will save a lot of customers a lot of headaches. I am an elderly person living on a limited budget. This was a big expense for me, but I thought because I needed it due to my health issues it would be a good purchase. This seller is not reputable and they should not be selling their faulty products, especially the chair that I bought that only worked for a very short period of time and the whole back fell apart and stayed reclined. It didn’t go back up because the wood hinges for the back broken into pieces. I reached out to them and they disregarded my concern. The most favorable reviews are posted but the real outcomes of this very faulty chair are not. Please do not waste your money with this seller. Their customer service is bad and won’t address any issues you may have. If you want to buy a disposable product then buy this one because you will need another one within a year or after the warranty is over. Good luck!! I am so disappointed.

Pretty easy to assemble, instructions were straight forward and easy to understand and includes assembly tool, why only 4 stars unpacking it was a nightmare. Maybe unpacking needs some instructions also. Comes in one box which is not big, for a second I thought “that’s can’t be my chair” but it was and it’s was so packed in I was in awe the worst thing was unpacking it. Anyway I’m very happy with my chair I fit in it very comfy I’m 5’1” and 165 lbs for reference it’s not way above my head. I’m also pretty happy with seller, as soon as I placed the order they immediately got in contact with me to let me know it was being shipped and if I had any issues to contact them immediately. So all in all I would give 4.75 starts. The color was also as the picture and quality of material is pretty heavy duty and soft to the touch.

I love my new chair! I am a 70 year old woman with several painful conditions and I needed a comfy chair that I could stretch out and relax in. Had to have help bringing it in, then my daughter put it together. Went together like it should, she did have a little problem getting the back to catch in the brackets right but with a little help from my grandson helping with position, it went! I am 5’3” and 200#, so short and squat! I live in a small apartment, so the size of this chair is just right. Would be too small for a larger/taller person. The massage is great for me but if you were expecting true massage, it is not , just vibrate but I like it. I have fibromyalgia and am tender and real massage hurts me! I wish the heat was a little more intense.. cup holders and storage pockets are great. It is soft and comfy. When I was shopping I found many chairs had puffy head rest and they made my head lean forward when just sitting. This one is just right! I feel like Goldie Locks! I don’t really care for the black color but it was all I could find that was the right price and all the options! Warning: if you are old like me and a little unsteady on your feet. Be careful and don’t lean on chair for support, it swivels and will turn out from under you and be careful when standing if you put pressure on the arm rests! Altogether I really like it, it more than serves purpose. For the price it was a great deal!

This is a very perfect experience, which solves the fatigue of the day, and the perfect quality of the goods is very comfortable. I hope to experience it again.
