This is my holy grail sleep mask!! I’m a night shift nurse, and light sleeper. I can turn on almost anything and drowns out all noise. I had white noise playing this morning and I got the feeling something was watching me, it was my husband talking to me. I didn’t hear him at all!! No other method I’ve used had high quality speakers that are padded for extra background noise control. I can’t rave enough about it. So far battery life is good. I’ve slept 8 hrs and it doesn’t die, but I’ve charged it every day and I’m sure it lasts longer than that. It’s also very soft and comfortable. You can push the inner pads up and almost mold them to your face if there are light gaps. I’ve never had light peek in if I just push the inner parts closer to my eyes. I’m just so happy with this!

These work better than my $100 pair of “name brand” sleep headphones. The sound quality is good, the battery lasts all night (I don’t recharge until fully dead, not sure if it helps with these, but the consistently last for 14 hours). And they are great at blocking the light and are super comfortable. Not truly noise cancelling but great for soothing, restful music to help me sleep.

This is the first sleep mask of this kind that I have owned. The jury is still kind of out on it for myself, but I still think its a good product. Its comfortable. The speakers arent overly noticeable most of the time. It does get loud. The sound is good. I have 2 main complaints. 1) the position i have to wear the strap for the speakers to be in line with my ears is too low on the back of the head. Its pretty uncomfortable at times. Idk what the fix for that would be tho. 2) the volume and clarity of the speakers are great. Im pretty impressed by it, but the volume change between the last and second to last setting is too big of a jump. A volume in between the two would be nice. I havent tested it to see if it helps with blocking out my husband's snoring or not. Ive been sleeping in a separate bedroom. Im hoping these will help me be able to sleep in the same bed as him again

I’m improving my sleep habits bit by bit. A natural night owl, I had allowed myself to drift into 2 a.m. bedtime after retirement. In midlife I thought I only needed to be in bed for 6 hours. Guess what? With a wearable, I learned I needed to plan for 8 hours of bedtime to ensure I got 7 hours 20 minutes of sleep my body preferred. Do the math: 2 a.m. plus 8 hours equals a 10 a.m. wake-up alarm, yet the sun rises at 6 a.m…. A sleep mask has helped a lot. Then I started using sleep hypnosis, and a coach mentioned her reasonably priced sleep mask with headphones. This LC-dolida has a deeper eye cup so my eyelashes won’t be mashed. It’s soft and comfortable on the head. The speakers are fairly flat, so I can even wear them comfortably when I sleep on my side. From what I’ve read, such sleep masks can be washed but the speakers must be removed first. However there are many reviews saying the mask stretches out after washing (regardless of brand). I would opt to wash my face before sleeping, and to replace the sleep mask rather than wash it, especially at this price point. The LC-dolida line includes a sleep headphone with silk fabric, which is supposed to be kinder to facial skin. The price for that is considerably higher. I have not encountered any rash or other reaction to the sleep headphone mask I bought. I have owned this for 9 months so far. I have switched to abstract Endel background sleep sounds as a personal preference. The combination lulls me to sleep within a couple of minutes, and if I wake up before my alarm (the body recognizes its needs), the now white noise quickly lets me drop back to sleep. This headphone mask has helped guarantee that I get adequate sleep. Next step: gradually shift to an earlier bedtime so I can have more productive time during the daytime.

I actually love this thing. I’ve tried pillow speakers, which are ok, but you only hear it from one direction. And anyone who has tried to sleep with AirPods in knows that’s a losing battle. The mask itself is just a good quality and comfortable mask that happens to have decent speakers in them that I rarely feel if at all. And their positions are adjustable. I fall asleep about 3x faster and stay asleep. USC-C for charging, it charges fast and the battery for me has yet to run out for me overnight. Easy to find tactile rubber buttons to control volume. I don’t write reviews too often, but I like this product so much that I wanted to share with others looking to solve the same problem of trying to find the right sleep mask headphone combo. Worth every penny.

This mask is very simplistic, light, with easy adjustability. The material is comfortable and blocks out sunlight and other fairly well (probably better for those without a deviated septum like myself). Washing the mask isn’t fun. It machine washes a dries well but is just annoying to get the electronic equipment back into the mask. For only doing having to do it every couple of months and directly after purchase though, I do not consider it a problem worth losing a star on. The Bluetooth component works well and is perfect for back sleepers. It doesn’t block out surrounding noise and the sound played from the mask can be heard by others depending on the volume. That said, if you sleep on your side it can quickly become a nuisance within the following days of using it. I was able to mitigate the problem by adjusting the speakers in either ear to be more over my temple instead of my ears directly but it didn’t completely solve the issue. Overall I’ve switched to just a standard, light blocking, sleep mask and wearing headphones over my ears as I go to sleep. I usually wake up with them to the side of my pillow as I take them off during the night. If you’re not doing anything specifically with binaural patterns I would suggest just putting your phone under your pillow on a light volume. The product all in all achieves its goal and is probably the best in its class, I say without having reviewed others, but given current speaker technology, the only way to eliminate the headache problem, would likely be from some much more expensive speaker solution. Bottom line, this absolutely beats sleeping with earbuds. That causes worse ear pain and can lead to loss of the earbuds. It is at the expense of privacy but that’s a different story. TL;DR: - Great for back sleepers and okay for side sleepers with a slight, non-damaging, modification and tolerance. - Machine washing is annoying but doesn’t end the world. - If you don’t need binaural audio, you’re likely better off getting a regular light blocking sleep mask with your phone under your pillow or headphones on. - This product does beat using earbuds considering earbuds are much more prone to ear pains or long term problems in my experience.

I have been getting the most incredible night's sleep since purchasing this mask! The Bluetooth connection is flawless, the sound quality is amazing, and the mask feels so comfortable all night. It's not too heavy, and the Velcro is long enough to adjust the pressure/light. (I also like the little flap of fabric you can secure on your nose so no light gets in around the bridge) This mask stays cool all night, it's so comfortable. I swear I'm so grateful to have found this product. No more waking up in the middle of the night!! 10/10 get these!!!

TL;DR: If you're here, you're probably not sleeping right. Buy this device. It works wonders. If you work night shift, you know how unhealthy and deeply unsatisfying sleep is. More accurately, lack of sleep: I would just sit awake in bed, the sun coming up, and wait for it to be time to get ready for work again. I'd doze off three or four times a morning, just barely being able to nap, and by the last cycle of nap-wake up-repeat it would be time to drag myself out of bed. This simple, inexpensive product has almost solved this issue. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but this does better than any OTC medication I've tried to date and doesn't have to be ordered twice a month. Nor will it destroy your kidneys or hormonal balance, and it's side effect free. This is soft, very soft, and once it warms up you can barely even feel it aside from a very slight pressure. Maybe pressure isn't even the right word, it's just kind of "there". If you're a side sleeper like me, don't worry about the speakers: you have enough padding on the inside for it to rest comfortably over the ear. I've tried sleep earbuds before this, and while the noise isolation was much better simply because they're in the ear, this does far better for comfort. Battery life is exceptional. I can get 2 nights reliably on one charge, which only takes about 20 minutes. When I come home, i plug it in, and by the time dinner is ready the device is charged. I never have to worry about it being bricked from a forgotten charge. Audio quality is more than acceptable for the purpose. The speakers are intentionally quiet, as they should be. You don't need a blasting top end for volume with these, you're trying to sleep. Sound is clear, with the same barely perceptible distortion you'd find on any bluetooth device. Any kind of music will be fine, as is my use case. If you're one of *those people* who listens to ASMR, this should be fine, not that I would know after not ever using this for ASMR at any point. Really. I promise. Lastly, if for some reason you decide the bluetooth just isn't for you, it's designed to have the whole system removed for cleaning. So, technically, you could rip the techno-guts out of this and store it somewhere and have a perfectly good normal sleep mask. If you are an insomniac, if you work night shift, or if you just want quiet music at night: buy this device. It's so cheap for what it gets you: drug-free sleep.

This is extremely effective. It is light and comfortable and also adjustable so never too tight. The fabric is a soft cushion of silk and blocks both light and outside sounds. An excellent product for everyone who has difficulty sleeping and does not want to disturb others. Very good for night shift workers trying to sleep in bright daylight. The electronica are simple to use so you can adjust loudness or turn on and off very easily. I haven't yet tried removing the parts for washing but I am sure it is as simple as everything else. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I looked at other products and this was by far the best.

Very bad experience, when I sleep on my right it pushes my nose and I cant breathe anymore, also they don’t allow me to return it so I just waisted my money💔

J’ai testé ce masque pour dormir et écouter mes séances d’hypnose… et j’en suis ravie ! Le contour des yeux en mousse à mémoire de forme est incroyablement doux : les yeux ne sont pas écrasés. Le son est d’une très belle qualité, immersif sans être agressif. La texture du masque est agréable au contact de la peau, on l’oublie rapidement une fois en place. Un vrai petit bijou qui transforme l’endormissement en moment de pur confort. Je recommande à 100 % !
