Works great for indoor exercise
I love this little punching bag. Fits well in the doorway. Easy to assemble. It’s durable. Not for heavy hitting but you definitely throw a punch at it and get a good exercise using it.

Great for customers with limited space
I originally wanted the Quiet Punch but they do not ship to Canada. Picked this up instead and I'm very impressed. When set up properly with the bars level I can hit the pad as hard as I can with out it falling down. I'm 285lbs and have been boxing on and off for years. You can't throw hooks or uppers without breaking form but this thing can take straight punch with no issue! I would recommend this for people with limited space and don't have room for a heavy bag or double end bag.

Bungee cord snapped
Bungee cord snapped off 1st time using it.... garbage

It can handle some solid blows when secured good within the doorway
I love it! Stays put and you can work up a good sweat while working out!! 👍🏽👍🏽
