Damaged and missing batteries.
Bought 2 of these. The white one came in fine with batteries for the thermometer. Unfortunately the green one was dented and without batteries. Checked the website to reorder a replacement and the price is not longer $40, but $80 with a black finish. Itโs now double the price and in a color I donโt want!

Keeps it hot for a long time
This container has been great, it keeps my beverages hot for the entire day even when cold outside.

Dissatisfied
The insulation is not great! My regular coffee urns lasted longer! The heating temp was dropping to about 10 degrees per hour, and by hour 3, the hot liquid was more like warm liquid. Additionally, very cheaply made like most things that are not USA made.
