Great customer service from RoyalBaby Bikes!
I ordered a Girls 14inch Chipmunk bike for my little granddaughter for her 5th birthday from Royal Baby bikes. When we were assembling it, we noticed that the front basket had a defect. I emailed Royal baby customer service and after sending a picture of the defect within less than week we had received a replacement. My granddaughter loves her new bike and I am happy with my purchase from RoyalBaby bikes!

No training wheels
Everything was easy to put together and its all good quality but only one down fall is it says that the 16 inch bike comes with training wheels and there not in the box. False advertising by far.

Coaster Brake Failed
Coaster Brake didn’t work. The most important safety feature of the bike didn’t work. The coaster brake is an incredibly elegant and durable type of brake. That it failed is scary. What if it failed while my daughter needed it? We had this ready for our daughter’s birthday. A winter storm prevented us from using it right away. First time she rode it, I had to take it away. Returning it is a pain too since it is required to be shipped and the box has been recycled.
