Cheap but fun
Well you get what you pay for. This hat is cheap but great fun (working bells unlike one reviewer has said) and I can't fault it at the price. You'll need to pack the curled top with tissue to make it stand up. Quite small - only just adult man size; to fit forehead size approx 23 inches/60cm
