I was very pleasantly surprised that the quality of the item was as nice as it is. For $29.99, I was barely expecting to be able to use it at all, but I really wanted to try barre for exercising. Because I don't use a lot of exercise equipment that I purchase, I decided to go as cheap as possible. The bars are very sturdy and thick metal, it was super easy to put together, very adjustable, all the pieces were present, etc. I would definitely purchase this again. One of the better items I have purchased on Amazon, especially for the price!

I love this barre! I bought it to teach barre workout classes and practice ballet via zoom. It’s perfect for both purposes. I’m an adult, but only 5’3 so I’m not sure how well it would work for taller people. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. Very adjustable as well. I haven’t used the accompanying turning board and band, but even without those two this is well worth the money. The wood bar seems to be real wood, it’s thick and strong and feels great. The only thing I haven’t been able to do on it is barre push-ups, it is not sturdy enough to handle my entire weight during that exercise, it might be if I added sandbag weights but either way it’s sturdy enough for every other exercise

Not the easiest to assemble, but it's solid once you get it together. I do wish it folded up for storage, but overall I can't complain. It is easy to adjust the height and is more than tall enough for me as an adult (though admittedly I am petite - 5'3").

First, so glad I sent the first brand (the one that pops up with the video👎🏻) I purchased back because this one is 100% better. Beyond simple to set up. It is so well made, heavy duty and works on my carpet. It does have suction type feet for use on tile or wood. Seriously, for the price, best purchase ever. I’ve been a long time CrossFit person and at 61 I was feeling the negative effects on my body. Wanted to try something different and this is now my favorite type of work out. My legs are getting way more lean, core is on fire and I’m feeling so flexible now. Highly recommend.

We use these weekly for a ballet class. I have 3. Set up takes a few minutes. Very sturdy. The instructors are impressed (nicer than theirs). The bags might not last the weekly abuse (into garage, vehicle, room, vehicle, garage), but that is fine. The price more than doubled (they weee 39).

Super easy to assemble, sturdy base, and well made. Very happy with it for $90.I do want to add, some reviews complain about the joints not holding, but I think that is only a problem if one is taking the barre apart and reassembling it. The barre is “portable” in that it can be moved from room-to-room vs the type of barre that attaches to the wall; “permanently”. I don’t think it is designed to travel per se. The “carry bag” seems more for storage, and the extra items (turning board, etc) are cheap bonus items.

Many of the ballet barres out there are ridiculously overpriced and can hold very little weight. This one is great! Strong, sturdy, adjustable.

This bar is very sturdy, easy to construct and seals on to the floor tightly. My one complaint is that I wish it was a little bit longer, but my 10-year old ballerina finds it to be perfect.
