Super cute set! The bag is actually really cute! Definitely a cheaper faux leather material, couldn't use it for daily use but would definitely use it if i wanted something different for the night. The makeup itself is pretty decent. Nice colors, mostly everyday colors, not the highest quality though. Definitely a cute kit to play with though!

Great value for the price

Love this kit, it comes with the basic makeup material for beginners. The bag to store the makeup is cute and easy to use. The concealer was not for my complexion, but the eye shadow colors had great variety.

I have had many makeup kits over the years and some are clearly better than others. The first thing I noticed about this one is the absolutely adorable crossbody purse that the makeup comes in. It is definitely usable on its own with a long chain and a cinch to keep the bag closed. But that aside, I like that the makeup is separate so that I can take whatever piece I want with me. Many makeup kits have palettes that are not able to be carried around. The eyeshadow colors in this kit are really nice and there are a good variety of shades. The liquid blush is subtle and neutral. The other products are average to good and definitely wearable. My sister and I both have one of these and the only difference is the eye shadow colors. We find that the makeup is a little bit more adult and higher quality than many other brands in makeup kits. Still drugstore type but definitely usable for both casual and formal looks. This makes a great gift because the makeup is good and the bag is so adorable.

First off, I love the bag this makeup kit came in. I've been using a philosphy bag for forever really, and I like this bag better, the chain is solid, it cinches, it's so cute. Then there is the various assorted makeup that comes in this set. The colors are gorgeous, particularly the shadows and the creme brulee lip gloss, love those. The highlighter is nice too. It's not common that every item in a makeup set works well for me, so I was quite pleased :) I think it is worth noting that the mascara comes in a dual tube with mascara primer on one end with a smaller brush and the mascara on the other, although the listing pic says the smaller end is for the lower lash. So be aware of that. I've never used mascara primer, but it does include it, which is convenient if you do. Also the brow pencil comes with your spoolie on one end, I've used pencils that didn't have one and it's so much better than when they do so you don't have to grab another product. Overall a super cute set, I'd buy other stuff from Color Nymph based on this one.
