Bought a different mat originally and couldn't fit the food and water bowl on it. My fault didn't bother to take any measurements, but this mat is the perfect size and good quality.

We needed a bigger mat to protect the floor around our dog’s water bowl which is by a walkway so did not want a mat with a raised edge because of a trip hazard. This mat is great. It is flat, slip resistant and just seems to absorb the water without getting wet. Very strange but it works a treat. Also it is a bigger size to catch the splashes. Ticks all the boxes.

Excellent sturdy mat covers the floor well, having 3 dogs keeps water spills from going all over the kitchen floor. Non slip and very good quality.

Arrived quickly and though I wouldn't call it absorbent it does protect floor from mess. Big enough to hold a large water bowl and large food bowl for my collie.

Absolutely nothing about the mat is in anyway absorbent. Putting a plastic bag on the floor would have a similar effect.

Acheté en 2 exemplaires pour les gamelles d'eau. Convient parfaitement à des petits chiens (shih tzu et jack), beaucoup moins aux gros (cane corso et dalmatien). A la première utilisation, tapis marqué par les griffes de la cane corso. Pour le reste, fait son job mais n'empêche hélas pas qu'ils en mettent partout à côté du tapis
