This Product Works with slight change in eating habits.
I must say this product works for me. I take with food or I will have upset stomach. I have cut back on eating fried foods and now eating better. With slight change in eating habits this product works for me. If I eat lots of fatty foods expecting product to work -it doesn’t. But with changes in eating habits I am loosing weight and I love my new look.

Still waiting for results
This is my second bottle and no weight loss yet. I work out daily and eat very healthy. No sugar very little carbs almost none a day. I am a vegetarian. I don't eat pork or beef only chicken and fish and salads and vegetables. Hope this second bottle will help me lose a little weight. Although my appetite has changed. So,maybe change is on the way. I will write again later if I see change.

I have been using Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen for 2 years. It has helped to improve my hair. Skin and nails. I also notice that is helps with better sleep. I recommend this product.

Complete waste of money !!!
I’ve just finished my bottle — 30 day supply and unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing !! I already eat in a calorie deficit and workout 5 days a week and thought surely I would see some befits to this, but I don’t !! So be careful spending so much money trying different supplements, I’ve not found one that has actually made a difference!!!
