Once I got the hang of how to use the hair slide , it was simple to use. It is re-usable which was my next thought. There is a right way(& therefore a wrong way) to wrap the hair, so that the clip can “snap” into place - didn’t realise that until the 3rd time I was using, so good though, I have ordered one for a friend for a little Christmas gift ❤️🎄

These are amazing! I wasn’t expecting much as I’m not very good with my hair, but as I’m starting a new job as a flight attendant I need something quick and easy in the mornings to do my hair! This took me literally 1 minute to do and looks really neat! A little more practice and I’m there!

It is a tricky little thing to master! Sometimes it does a perfect bun but some days it just won't work and snaps into place whenever it wants!

This is a nifty little tool for creating buns etc. I wouldn't say it's as easy as it looks in the photos or videos you see and does take a bit of practice & does seem to be different every time you use it as it depends on how far down to the ends of your hair you go to start rolling it up and at what angle you use it. It's good it comes with two different brown colours to match either darker brown or lighter brown hair. Once you've rolled it up, you "snap" it back and it rolls itself tightly around the bun and once it's snapped I find it's pretty solid and ain't going nowhere! I gather you can do different effects but I'm still trying to get to grips with a normal bun so haven't tried that yet. I have mid to long length hair and it's quite fine, not sure how it'd be with thicker hair. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the bun maker, it just takes a bit of getting used to. Have also had a couple of emails from the seller making sure that I'm happy with my purchase, so customer service gets a thumbs up.

I use these all the time. I'm not very good with hair styling products and plaits but if I can use them anyone can. It's easier if your hair is mostly one length and I put mine in a pony tail first, then I always start with the curved side on the bottom edge and that's how you need it to also be when you curl it in. If it's the wrong side up when you get to your head just unravel it and move it slightly more or less to the end of your hair and roll again.

I would have ideally given this no stars. It is an awful item. I thought the idea looked great and maybe it does work for a lot of people but not for me. I wear my hair up at work and hate bobbles bun nets and clips so I thought this might reduce that. I have straight hair down to the shoulders and although there are some layers there aren’t too many. The first strange thing is you have to first put a bobble in and make a pony tail, then you spread the hair out and clip to the bottom. That bits okay even with the bobble. Then the rolling starts and this is when it starts to go wrong as the strip doesn’t grip the hair and it simply moves about in the slide. By the time you have it up to the bobble the hair is no longer spread out and then when you snap it shut you have a donut shaped strip hanging loosely from the back of your head by a thick lump of hair. That’s bad enough but wait until you have to remove the strip which by this time is so tightly wound back on itself it’s tangled your hair up and it’s almost impossible to remove without pulling hair out and hurting yourself. Don’t waste your money.

I use these a lot, have to keep buying as I give them to friends to try. These ones work well but are not quite as 'snappy' as others I've had. Would still recommend as they make a lovely bun that will not move all day.

I had bought this to use at my nieces wedding. Think I need more practice but very annoying when the larger item effectively unravelled and could not be used

Premetto che ho i capelli lisci, elettrici e lunghi poco sotto le spalle, dopo qualche tentativo ed aver affinato la tecnica, funziona! Tiene bene e crea uno chignon molto carino. Basta fare una coda, metterla fra le due listelle, scorrere i capelli in fondo, arrotolare fino alla base della coda e dare l'invito alla listella per chiudersi a forma di cerchietto e... tac tac tac il gioco è fatto! Avendo i capelli lisci ed elettrici qualcuno sfugge, ma mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso la tenuta ed il fatto che non spezzi i capelli, è molto delicato e anche facile da togliere, basta dare alle listelle, prendendone il capo, l'invito per riprendere la forma dritta e tac tac tac si scioglie. Consigliato!

A must have for dance moms, especially if your kiddo has long hair. Kept my daughter’s bun in tact, reinforced with only a few bobby pins. Love this thing!

Il faut que mes cheveux poussent encore un peu et retrouver de leur volume mais en tout cas très facile d’utilisation et fait un beau chignon, je recommande
