Is it normal for knives to shake and get hot after continuous working for a while？

Electric knife is driven by a motor, so the handle will shake when it works and get a little hot (We use a better motor than others on the market, so it's actually just warm) under continuous work(3 mins limited), which is a normal phenomenon.

Is the handle made of real wood?

The handle is made of a durable polymer material. Flakproof faux wood coating on the surface also allows the product to retain the aesthetic.

Why can't I insert the blade smoothly?

Keep the blade straight and aligned with the handle. Press the button and gently insert the blade into the handle while maintaining a straight angle. By following these instructions, you should be able to insert the blade securely into the handle.

What's the difference between the two Blades？

A wedge-shaped blade is more suitable for bread, while a straight blade is better for carving meat.
