I recently used this telescope seat while gardening. The telescopic feature allowed me to take the seat up and down as needed. As noted in the title - it is light-weight and sturdy -- and something I can easily take to events where I might need a quick seat.

I ordered this item on a whim after seeing a YouTube review of a similar product. I am overweight so I selected this one so I knew it would hold my weight with no issues. Overall it is a nice product. It is easy to use. It is easy to adjust the height of the stool; something that came in handy when I was working on something under my kitchen sink and didn't want to sit on the ground.The only take away from it is the stability of it and the "slickness" of it on a tile floor. For it designed to hold up to 400 pounds, I thought it would feel a little more stable underneath me. Like other reviews have mentioned, you need to make sure you are sitting right in the center of the stool. When I used it on my tile floor, I was concerned about it sliding out from under me. With just a slight motion, I was scooting across the floor.

Call me a coward, but at first sit I was apprehensive that I would take terrible damage to my coccyx if this thing collapsed. It didn't collapse and my tail bone is intact! Just a side note: I put a Bufo Alvarius on it and turned it into a toadstool.

I bought tand took this thing to Disney and it was a life saver. My wife used a mobility scooter and in many situations there were no shady areas for me to sit. She would go park in the shade and I would whip this thing out and sit beside her. I also weigh 300 pounds and had no problems. I had multiple people over a five day period aske where I got mine and many stated it was ingenious.

I have been suffering from some health issues, and I find standing for long periods very tiring. Now I have a lightweight, comfy seat at a moments notice. Where has this been all my life?
