NEO CHAIR Office Computer Chair Gaming Mid-Back Mesh Desk Chair, Beige

I’m very happy with this office chair. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The chair feels sturdy, and the mesh back provides great airflow, keeping me comfortable even after sitting for long periods. The lumbar support and height adjustment make it easy to find a comfortable position, and the seat cushion is supportive without being too firm. It also rolls smoothly across the floor, making it easy to move around my workspace. I really like the modern gray and white design—it looks clean and fits perfectly with my home office setup. Overall, this is an excellent chair for the price and a great choice for working, studying, or everyday use. Highly recommended!

I've bought two of these chairs. Our first chair was easy to put together and we've been happy with it. For our second chair, we had some trouble snapping a wheel or two into the base. We thought we made it work, but after putting it all together, my daughter had trouble with the wheel snapping off repeatedly throughout the month. I emailed customer service about it, a bit worried because we had already thrown away all the packaging and we had already been using the chair for a month. I was relieved to see a reply within a day or so. At first I requested a replacement of parts, but then through some email exchanges of pictures and videos, Neochair customer support ascertained that I would not only need the parts I requested, but also some additional parts that they said would be hard to take apart once put together. Once they verified the problem, the solution, and our address, they sent the parts right away! I'm incredibly relieved that we did not have to take the chair apart and send back the chair we already put together, and that customer support was so responsive. Great experience and I would buy from them again!

Easy assembly, good quality, wheels are smooth and it’s very comfortable. I sit at my desk a couple hours at a time. Not sure how comfortable it would be for a full 8 hrs of work,

I love the chair. It’s my favorite color. Very durable and comfortable. The tilt feature doesn’t work though.

I purchased the NEO CHAIR Office Desk Computer Chair (Mesh Black) because it fit my budget, and that is honestly the biggest positive I can say about it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. 1. Assembly: The listing suggests assembly takes about 20 minutes and is easy. In our experience, it took my son and me approximately 45 minutes. The biggest issue was attaching the armrests to the backrest. The screw holes aligned perfectly when the armrests were removed, but once the armrests were positioned, the screws would not thread correctly and wanted to go in at an angle. We watched the assembly video and reviewed the instructions several times to make sure we weren't making a mistake. It ultimately required much more force than it should have just to get the screws started. 2. Caster Wheels: The wheel sockets never fully seated into the chair base. Even with significant pressure, they would not fit completely, making the finished chair feel less secure than expected. 3. Chair Base: One section of the chair base did not line up correctly. The plastic pieces were visibly misaligned, which makes me question the manufacturing quality. 4. Armrests: The armrests are much too low. I am only 5'2", and I still cannot comfortably rest my arms on them while sitting. They provide very little support. 5. Seat Comfort: The seat cushion is quite firm and uncomfortable for extended use. More importantly, the seat is angled too far forward, causing me to gradually slide toward the front of the chair depending on the clothing I'm wearing. 6. Back Support: While the lumbar curve itself is acceptable, it pushes my body forward, which makes the sliding problem even worse. I find myself constantly repositioning just to stay seated comfortably. 7. Upper Back Support: The top portion of the backrest leans too far backward. It doesn't provide proper support for my upper back or neck, making it uncomfortable to lean against. After about 15 minutes of sitting, I begin experiencing back discomfort. Overall, this chair did not meet my expectations. While the price was affordable, the assembly difficulties, questionable fit and finish, uncomfortable seating position, and lack of proper ergonomic support outweigh the savings. Personally, I would not recommend this chair for seniors or for anyone who plans to sit for extended periods while working or gaming.

I’m very impressed with this chair! It was easy to assemble and feels comfortable even after sitting for long hours. The breathable mesh back keeps me cool, and the lumbar support provides great lower back comfort. The chair is lightweight enough to move around easily but still feels stable and well-built. The wheels roll smoothly and quietly without making annoying noises on the floor. After regular use, it has held up very well and feels durable and reliable. The height adjustment works perfectly, and the overall quality is excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend this chair for a home office, study space, or gaming setup.

Obviously its not insanely comfortable, but for the price I cant complain, I just needed something quick that matched my setup. Assembly is easy but don't tighten everything down firmly until you have all of the screws in their respective holes. Maybe I just got lucky with a good one. It rolls fine enough on carpet, and looks pretty good.

This chair is really comfortable, and the lower back support feels great. The wheels roll smoothly, so it’s easy to move around at my desk. I also like being able to adjust the height and tilt to find a comfortable position, whether I’m sitting upright or leaning back. Assembly was a breeze. All the tools and hardware were included, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything went together without any hassle, and I didn’t need any extra tools. Overall, a really nice chair that I’m happy to have at my desk!

Very good short people in affordable price

Worth to buy 👍

Broken don't buy

The chair is very average and definitely not for grown up adults as chair's size is quite small. The another major point backrest is pointing from top and it is uncomfortable while resting your back. If you have budget and not looking for cheap option, will recommend to skip this option. As I am someone who sit on chair for around 9-10 hours a day for work and for that this is not definitely comfortable.
