No, it does not contain menaq7. MenaQ7 is a patented form of menaquione-7 (MK-7) made by NattoPharma in Olso, Norway. If NusaPure contained this patented form they would list it on the label as MenaQ7. NusaPure probable makes their own menaquione-7 in house but from what and process are not revealed.

Does the container provide a good protection against light?

The container is not opaque, however it is a very dark translucent blue. You cannot see the vitamins inside unless you hold the bottle up to a bright light.

This has no carrier oil? Is it not needed for absorption?

The gelatin capsules are filled with dry material only. I bought this only once, used them up, (making sure I also consumed a source of fat when I took them) and then bought a brand with a carrier oil. I suggest you improve your absorption level by buying an oil-suspended brand.
