Happy with the table - Good value - Family fun
I looked at the reviews and given the price, I purchased this as a present for my 10 year old grandchild. I have built many "some assembly required" furniture pieces in the past, so I was not too worried about the difficulty some were having. Unit arrived in two days via Fed Ex ground service, and as usual the packaging was ravaged. As per normal for me, I took pictures of the box before I even moved it. Upon opening the box I was pleasantly surprised that the pieces were packed well and nothing was damaged. Assembly. Okay, if you have built furniture and other similar pieces in the past, assembly should not be a huge challenge. The instructions are adequate but not detailed. Biggest issue I heard from other comments was to make sure you have the handles/players in correctly, correct order and correct direction...do it wrong you will need to take allot of the table apart to correct. It is not hard, just be aware and be careful. It is helpful to have a screw gun/drill with bits to make things go faster...they do give you an Allen wrench but....well....in a pinch it works but pack some patience! I would recommend the screw gun/drill, sets phillips bit, allen bit, and speed square (for making sure the legs are square with the table). I did not have to re-drill any pilot holes so I did not need to drill but other have stated differently. Overall the table is strong, sturdy and plays well. We are not "professionals" so it worked very well for our needs. We have had a few hours on it and nothing has come apart! ONLY downside is the screws that come with the side mounted cup holders barely screw into the wood. I had to use longer screws in order to properly attach them since the first time we used them, someone bumped into one of the holder and it came off easily. That is the only negative I have for this table. Some notes: - Finish is a photo finish that is adhered to the wood so be-careful not to get them wet. In the past, with my experiences, these eventually start to peel up on the ends/edges, so I have used contact cement to re-adhere. No biggie and I would not make this a reason not to buy, just be aware! Oh, DO NOT put tape on the finish since it may tear and lift off.if you try to remove the tape...not saying this table has does this, I am just not going to try it!!! - There is enough "slop" in how the legs attach to the table that If you are not careful the legs will be slightly crooked. I used a speed square to make sure the legs were "square" with the table as I tightened down. - Build time is an hour or less if you are familiar with this type of construction and assembly. I doubt this is a huge challenge for any person who has and experience with basic hand tools....really not that hard to assemble. - A second set of hands is helpful, but one person can do it. - You can assemble with a phillips screwdriver and the kit supplied allen wrench, but a screwgun with bits will make the job much easier. - Have fun! The table does what it is designed to do and if given proper care, should last a long time!

Minor Flaws, but Solid Table
Assembly wasn’t too bad. I struggled a little with the play field staying in the slots but everything else was pretty straightforward. One of the four balance feet cross threaded (bad threads to start with). No big deal since I can level from the other three. Assembly took a little over an hour. I do have two gripes. First, the plastic handles come off often during play. I designed and printed some TPU (rubber) ones to replace them (printed ones are installed in the photos). Not an issue anymore for me. Second, the players don’t travel the full length they are supposed to. The goalie only covers 3/4th of the goal and other players don’t reach both edges. There is no way to fix this without drilling new holes in the sticks. Technically not a huge deal since it affects both teams the same. The family has still enjoyed playing it. I’m still giving it 4 stars since the table is solid for the price. I highly recommend replacing the handles or finding some way to secure them better. Otherwise expect game play interruptions.

Goooooal!
Updated 9/27/2020: the table is still going strong, 6 months in. Nothing has broken, no warping. It still works great- this is an absolutely great purchase, especially at this price. ORIGINAL REVIEW This is an excellent table. Every positive review will mention "for the price". That is because it is so reasonable and it is made largely of fiberboard. I have played on some $300-$500 tables that are no better. I set it up the other day and here is what I think: The only question will be durability. Will the playing surface not warp, etc. But beyond that: ASSEMBLY: Set-up takes about 45 minutes. You can do it with one person, but a second is helpful when you are aligning the playing surface. Take your time and make sure the players are facing the right way, as you do much of the assembly with the playing surface face down. I had no issues with missing parts or identification. One small screw (for a cup holder) did not tighten properly. I just wrapped that with some foil and it tightened. The cup holders have 4 screws each so this was fine. Other than that, everything fit and aligned. You need only the included tool to assemble (a small Allen wench). PLAY: The ball is put into play from a side hole on either side of the table. The set includes two soccer balls. The rods move fluidly from side to side and the bumpers stop the players from hitting the table sides. The handles are comfortable enough. They are a thin rubber shaped like an old bicycle handle grip. The players (red shirt/white shorts and white shirt/red shorts) align in typical Foosball fashion, 3-5-2-1. I see some people asking if the players spin when upside down. They spin in unison with the rod, meaning if you turn the rod upside down, the player stays upside down. It does not spin back down to an upright position unless you turn the rod back. The field has a very, very slight angle from each corner so the ball does not get caught in corners. You can level the table with included adjustable leg levelers that you install when you assemble the table. The surface is painted green with some white field markings. The white has already scratched off slightly in a few spots, but I am not overly concerned about offsides, so lol. The set also includes a score keeper on each table end, as well as a plastic cup holder on each end. The cup holder folds up when not in use. There is a ball return at each end. The table has a laminated butcher block look which actually looks reasonably authentic considering it is laminate. I have used the table for about a month now, and it fits four people fine, and we have played as two adult males with a fair amount of action and the table holds up fine. At $99 there is NOTHING to not love about this table. My complaints are minor. I wish one team was blue jersey/white shorts, rather than two combos of red/white. I think I'll live. Also, I am curious how the surface holds up cause it is bare fiberboard on the bottom, so I want to see if/when that warps at all.

Awesome foosball table!
I have had this table for over a year now, but I just put it together today with my niece and Brie over, to keep them entertained. It was difficult to put together. I had my niece and my husband help me. I also almost put it together with the players facing the wrong way, luckily I decided to continue the installation by flipping it upside right way, than what the instruction says, and that’s when I saw it before I locked it all, so it was easy to fix them to face the correct way. The box had all the parts and pieces I needed, but the materials are cheap wood pieces so I was careful not to damage or nick them, and was gentle in placing them together. When the job was done it was beautiful! It was the right height and built that I was expecting from all the arcade places I have previously been. The key is to take your time, make sure you have a screw driver, and read the instructions in detail, then analyze the placement accordingly. Also, installing the handles was easy with a little help from the dish soap, as it is noted on the instructions. We all love it! A great deal for a lot of fun!

Good for the price, but difficult to build
I bought this product for my 10 year old son and while he loves it, I on the other hand don’t like it as much. I first have to say that the instruction manual does not explain what to do very well so you will need to think yourself while building it. The second thing is that after I was on the last step of building this, I just had to install the scoreboard things. And the screws that it said to use were not right. They were to short so I would not fit into the hole. It was a whole process just to overcome this. I give this a 3/5

Why I love my foosball table
I bought this foosball table about a month ago, and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. Sturdy, durable, and easy to assemble at a very reasonable price. It has a sleek design and a smooth surface that makes the game more fun and exciting. The rods are solid, and the players are well-balanced. I have been playing foosball with my family almost every day since I got it. It is a great way to bond, relax, and have some friendly competition. If you are looking for a foosball table that will bring you joy and satisfaction, I highly recommend this one. It is worth every penny, and you will not regret it. P.S. We all agree that since the pandemic, the quality of services and support has degraded across all industries. In this case, I had to call “Best Choice Product” support for a minor part that needed replacement and was pleasantly delighted by the professionalism and level of care I got, so much so that I went back online and started looking for other products offered by this company.

Great 48" table - exceptional value for the price
I wanted to add my 5 star review to the pile. Like many others, I feel this is a great foosball table for the price. It is definitely smaller than a standard table - which has it's advantages for fitting in a smaller room. That said, it has a good "feel" and you still get the standard experience of playing on a real table. A few things to note: - Assembly was easy - like many said, pay attention when putting the men on the first time - The men are NOT weighted, so they will not "stand up" by themselves. This is a minor annoyance when playing by yourself or 1-on-1 - but something to note if you are used to playing on a real table. - Also like many said, the floor is sloped toward the middle to keep the ball from getting stuck. This is good, but also makes it slightly difficult to pass the ball to other men. Finally, I wanted to note that were we missing a piece (one of the bars). Called the company, they shipped us a missing piece in DAYS, so that was NO PROBLEM. We were very happy with that. Overall, I honestly have no real complaints and would buy this again in a second. We've had the table about 1 week and probably already played HOURS on it as a family - so I could argue we've already gotten our money out of it. For the price, this is well worth it - I would definitely buy this if you are looking for a small 48" table that's a good value.

Awesome! Fun for everyone who comes visit!
Such a great thing to have, since everyone always end up trying it and laughing and having fun! This model looks very nice with the wood. The only thing is that the plastic bolt-type holds in the inside always come off of 2 of them, and we have to stop the game and put them back.
