Work great
Good quality, so far I've never had a problem.

Works well to hold my 13" MacBook Pro - But arrived in open/repackaged condition
This is a regular, sturdy, monitor arm with an attachment to hold a laptop. It does work well and assembles reasonably easily like other products in this class. The only downside of this particular model was that it arrived used and repackaged. Luckily, all the screws I needed were included. I think one allen wrench was missing. But I had one of the right size around. One star was deducted for the bad packaging. Otherwise, the arm and laptop holder works well.

Holds my Asus G18 no problem
I bought this in hopes that it would hold up my Asus G18. The width of the laptop is a bit more than the advertised width of this mount but it hold it solid. Once I got it installed I had to work quite a bit on getting all of the adjustments dialed in but once I did it has been SOLID. This is a heavier laptop that most and the mount doesn't sag. However, adjusting the springs enough to hold solid does make it a little tougher to raise/lower than I'd like, but it makes sense. The particle board desk it is mounted to seems to compress a bit over time so I have to keep adjusting the base. If it continues I'll try mounting with the through bolt.

Love it!
This was easy to assemble and works great! Only complaint is that it’s a bit clunky/large - but that’s what I expected, and it means it’s really sturdy.

Seems OK, but a little flimsy and shaky.
The mount itself is solid however, the arm where the laptop stand is mounted, the metal plate is very thin, and doesn't feel too sturdy and shakes whenever I type on my desk keyboard. However, the problem with the arm is that it is only able to hold the laptop at a certain angle before it drops for the desk. I have an 13 pound ASUS 15 inch laptop with an SSD drive, and while it is a bit over 13 pounds, the arm itself cannot hold it 4 inches above the desk. It drops down no matter how much I tighten it. It may work better if you have lighter laptop. Not sure if I'm going to keep it.

Sturdy Product
I have been looking for the right stand to get my laptop screen over my docking screens. When I need my laptop, it easily swings over so I can grab.

Keeping it real
This stand is cool, thats all the hype I can give. The screws to the bracket that holds a laptop, or a monitor are not good (don't line up with congruent holes and screws get stripped easily). Unless you have a decent desk, finding a place for it can be troublesome.

Great product - I will buy at least one more for my office
This product does exactly what it says and folds just like the pictures demonstrate. Tightening the springs takes some physical effort on the allen wrench (provided) but it's not too difficult. Take care when assembling - the heavy duty spring is designed for both tension and strength, and it will snap back on you if you are not careful, while moving it around, rotating, etc... before you clamp it to the desk. Once clamped and you've adjusted the spring, it's all good. Heavy-duty, including the clamp, I think it could hold much heavier objects than a laptop - but that's your choice.

Surprisingly good laptop arm!
This was a surprisingly good laptop arm, especially because it's one of the cheapest gas-spring arm out there. The laptop holder even has clips on the side to hold the laptop in place. Fits and holds my 16" M2 MacBook Pro perfectly. If there's one thing I wished was better it would be the amount of adjustment. It's not as adjustable as the Ergotron, but it's 1/4th the price.

Impressively bad. Really bad!
1 star for making it to the top 5 worst products I have bought on Amazon. Not even taking into account the damage to my desk or potential damage to a laptop for anyone who tries to use this thing. It's defective and/ or poorly designed on multiple dimensions. I'm hoping the shipping process isn't terrible. This thing is really heavy, and once you unbox it there's no getting it back into the box once the arm opens up. *fingers crossed* On the other hand, if you like a frustrating puzzle (or know someone who likes a puzzle with potentially no satisfying end), maybe it's valuable outlet.

Don't buy this arm
Design flaws: 1. The top grip does not have enough padding to touch the desk surface, it therefore scratches the surface. 2. The laptop plate is shaky like crazy, there is no way to type on the keyboard. This is not worth $100 bucks at all.
