Now sure what to try next this was recommended by a cousin with similar problems. At first not a lot happened but I realised it was not going to be instant so I persevered .Then I noticed that the soreness in my fingers had reduced and the back and shoulder pain that had troubled me had gone, only my knees to go and hopefully that may improve, at least it seems more manageable and I can enjoy life .

I do think these are helping - but won’t know unless I stop taking them! They were recommended by a chiropractor who is definitely very good

I have started taking these in the past week. I haven’t noticed any difference yet but it is early days yet and would expect it to be a month or so for these to get into my system fully. I’ve not suffered any side effects or difficulty taking them so look forward

I am still using this product for aches in the joints, never used it before on myself ,bought similar product for dogs ant that worked for them so I thought I would give it a try,I still have some aches but I think I have more movement, only time will tell if it works for me as the other did for my dogs.

Die Grünlippenmuschel Kapseln nehme ich jeden Morgen und jeden Abend. Als ich mal drei Tage weg gefahren war und sie zu Hause vergessen habe, hatte ich es schon deutlich gemerkt. Auch mein Partner, der die Kapseln mit mir zusammen nimmt, meint, dass sie ihm schon eine Besserung bei seinen Beschwerden geholfen hätten.
