Exceeded my expectations.
I've never owned a treadmill. I noticed my daily steps were around 3000, which is not very good. I decided I should be doing at least 10,000 steps a day. After doing endless research, it looks like you either have to spend way too much money for a known good treadmill, or take a chance on the hundreds of cheaper treadmills in the 150-300 price range. After watching a hundred or so youtube reviews I took a chance on this brand, and after a week I am very happy with the purchase. It's a lot quieter than I expected, the only noise I head really is my own footsteps with a slight hum/rubbing noise of the tread itself. I'm finding I can walk and read just fine at 2mph, and when I'm watching movies I am fine at 3mph. I bumped it to 6mph and it's a good steady jog for me. I'm 5'11" and there is plenty of room for my feet, even jogging. It seems to be one of the wider treadmills on the market. It was very easy to unbox and set up. It was a bit heavier than I was expecting, it took some effort to get it downstairs to its final home. I'm not sure if this would fit under any of my couches. Even though they say there is no incline on this, I would say there is maybe a 1-2% incline on it, which is great for walking. I've put maybe 100k steps on it over the past week and its worked great. Very happy with it. I'll try and update this review after a year and see if it holds out.

Game changer while working
My office finally approved for us to bring in a walking pad to the office to utlize with our standing desks. I did a fair bit of research and finally landed on the Urevo 2.5 HP Treadmill. I have been using it for several weeks now and I am quite pleased with my purchase. I spend 4 days/week walking for up to 4 hours a day and I am more productive and have more energy while working.PROs:1. It is a quiet machine, not silent :) There is a slight whooshing sound with each step, but it is nothing too distracting and does not detract from working. I have been on several work calls while using and the sound is not noticiable at all. And if it is too loud, just walk slower!2. It doesn't automatically turn off when you step off. This may be a con for some, but if I have to step off to go to the printer, I like that I don't disrupt the office with a bunch of beeps.3. I like that it came with the track oil. The instructions were helpful in learning how to apply it.4. Wide and long track pad. Some follks in my office purchased narrower ones and I have heard them express that they wished they had a bigger area to walk on.CONS:1. Mobility - This is a HEAVY unit. Yes, there are wheels on it, but they don't help a lot. Don't imagine that you can easily slide it in and out from underneath something ESPECIALLY horizontally. Additionally, while the handle folds down, the unit base does not, so it takes up space for storage purposes.2. Adjusting the track pad - it was a bit nerve wracking figuring out the sweet spot with adjusting the track pad. I am glad they provided the hex key, but it took several turns to get it to the right spot.3. Applying the track oil. It would be nice if they provided a brush that can reach all the way to the middle of the pad, so that there is an even amount across the bottom.4. Remote/ Noise - You cannot silence the beeping. It would be great if there was a mute button on the remote or a way to deactivate the beeping that comes with each button push. I understand a beep happening with the machine is turned off and on, but with each speed change...come on.

Hit and miss. Quality is iffy, Customer Service is EXCELLENT
Pros:-Fits under the couch perfectly when I put some 3/4" thick cutouts under the couch's feet.- Easy to set up, easy to fold and transport, light weight, worked as advertised from the get go1 Month Review: Added the lubricant as required and even a little here and there as extra, ran great for 3-5 miles a day of daily use at 6.5mph average speeds and I weigh 175lbs. I had it on carpet with nothing between the carpet and the fan on the motor. After 4 weeks the treadmill motor started making a very loud sound that would correspond with the speed of the treadmill. I took the treadmill apart and removed the belt and motor. I cleaned the motor by spraying electronics cleaner spray and then used an air compressor to dry it. I reinstalled everything and the treadmill was super quiet again and ran great. I placed a thin piece of cardboard between the carpet and motor to prevent the fan from lifting up dirt into the motor. There were no further issues with that loud noise.2 month update: Treadmill ran great for daily use of 3-5 miles at 7mph average speed but the deck under the belt started to bow to where the sides were higher than the middle. Belt started slipping a little but that was fixed with small adjustments to the screws that tighten it. Just over 60 days of use and the deck cracked lengthwise down the middle from front to back under the belt. Made a very loud pop while running and caved in.I contacted the company at the support email on their website since the warranty portion of the site didn't recognize my purchase (from this seller, I'm assuming?). I attached pictures showing the damage, my Amazon order number, and a screenshot of all relevant information. I heard back from them within 24 hours and they requested one additional picture to see what serial number the treadmill had. Once that was provided, they sent another email within 12 hours and had another one shipped out that day. It just arrived and was delivered within a week. I still need to unbox it. Awesome customer service though! No hassles, and they took full ownership of the defect.Thoughts as of now:Even though I'm well under the weight limit, I have a feeling that a 175lb runner is too much for this thing. The downward pressure when landing while running probably exceeds the weight limit. Is it great for walking? Absolutely. Running? Maybe someone much lighter and smaller. This treadmill will now be used exclusively for my wife to walk on and I will attempt to fix the old one by replacing the deck with a homemade solution that will likely be a nice piece of plywood and some roof flashing on top and some silicone spray. If things work out, I'll make a YouTube video and post the link here. I'll also show how I cleaned out the motor in case anyone has that problem.
