Worked. However, it took about 20 minutes for it to properly mold in the right location. So there was still an initial leak for 20 minutes... but then it started to work perfectly.

Too soft
The rubber that this is made from is too soft, which can lead to it flexing from the weight of the water in the tank above it. So the flush starts really slow, then accelerates as the water level drops. I had to fiddle with the chain length and arm angle for way too long to get it to lift high enough for a good flush.

Flapper is correct size but is too light and will not always prevent some leakage.
Product was correct size and chain attachment was correct.
