I have to say I am really impressed with this company. I received a crystal that I was not pleased with. The look was no where near the image. When they got in touch asking my opinion, I explained I was not happy. Not only did they assist me with an apology, but they also gave me the option of getting another carnelian (choice of 3). I have received my crystal and now happy with the outcome

Nice item quick delivery but I don’t believe it’s kyanite looks nothing like my existing samples and a detection app I use definitely says it’s not kyanite

Dull, rough uncut stone. Deeply disappointed, nothing like the crystal cut amethyst in the picture. Will return if possible.

I purchased the Carnelian crystal. It is a good size but looks nothing like what is pictured. I know they are all going to be unique, but there is very little red in mine; it is brown and grey mainly. I would not have known it was Carnelian if it was not labelled.
