Soothing & Comforting, But Not for Everyone
I really enjoy this soup, especially when my stomach is upset. There’s something very soothing about it, and it’s become one of my go-to options when I need something light and easy. What I loved: Gentle and easy on the stomach Smooth texture and comforting consistency Simple, clean ingredients Great option when you want something light What could be better: Flavor is mild and may not be for everyone Ginger taste might be a bit strong depending on preference The combination of cashew and ginger gives it a unique flavor that I personally enjoy, but I can see how it might not be for everyone. Delicious soup. Gourmet and worthy of serving to any guest. Can purchase cheaper if you can find it in your store but not available everywhere Pacific Foods soups are sold. It is rich so often just serve a small cup which makes one box go further. Can embellish with some roasted squash/veggies.

Super Soup
I use this for many different dishes, the quickest fastest, dinner worthy, item to use...I make up different dishes all the time...recently I had fresh spinach, frozen corn and a pack of low sodium salmon in spring water, 1/3 box the cashew ginger carrot soup in a bowl, put in the microwave....souper good!
