I LOVE this product!!
I will say it was a bit expensive but it is worth every penny. Works very well when preceded by the Bleach shampoo. Be sure and follow directions and don't use too often or your hair will be blue. That being said that is true of all silver hair shampoos. I will buy this again. Very gentle on the hair.

Can be used on dry hair
Works best on dry hair. Shampoo Hair and condition as usual. Dry hair thoroughly. Apply to dry hair and comb thru. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with cool water. Depending on how often you wash hair use every 4 to 6 washes as stated above. If used too often hair will turn bluish/purple, especially natural gray hair. If this happens cut back on time to 5 minutes or use a clarifying shampoo for blonde/gray hair. This method can be used on any of the Bleach London Colored Conditioners.

Identical results to any cheaper drug store purple
Results identical to do any cheaper drug store purple conditioner. Has strong pharma smell. Hard to squize needed amount of the conditioner due to bottle neck design. No matter the squize, too much product inevitably blurbs put. Had to work have of it back in.

I love this stuff
Really tones well. I have Level 10 lightened hair. I use the shampoo and then leave the conditioner on for about 5 minutes. Love the result.
